Leadership Development & Culture
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development & Culture will prepare students to lead and sustain inclusive, high-performing cultures within diverse organizational contexts. The certificate focuses on leadership development, organizational culture, and evidence-based practices that enable students to guide change, apply ethical leadership, and lead inclusive, effective workplaces.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
The Leadership Development & Culture certificate is comprised of 15 credits. See below for the breakdown of credits that must be completed. To be eligible for admission to the HRD certificate programs students must have three (3) years of direct HR experience, or five (5) years of professional organizational experience, or an eligible HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, GPHR).
Students in the Leadership Development & Culture Certificate would need to take an additional 1.5 credits beyond what is required in the MS HRD to earn both credentials.
