Leading Ethics and Governance
This course prepares HR leaders to navigate ethical decision making and governance challenges in today’s complex organizations. Students examine how leadership choices, organizational culture, and systems of governance shape ethical behavior, accountability, and trust. The course also explores emerging ethical considerations related to data, technology, and artificial intelligence, equipping students to lead responsibly in an AI-enabled HR environment.
