Students who wish to leave and who do not plan to return to the University should request a withdrawal. Requests for complete withdrawal from the University must be submitted using the Withdrawal From University form. If students have completely withdrawn from a program, they may not resume their studies unless they have been formally re-admitted. Students who withdraw without approval will receive an F grade in any courses in which they are enrolled unless a grade of WX has been approved.
