MBA 8545 :
Change Management

The objective of this course is to help students develop a framework in which to manage change. In order to accomplish this goal, you will be exposed to ideas supporting change theory and various change management models. The course discussion will teach you how to apply these ideas and tools in your role as a leader in your organization. We will use articles and case study examples to highlight the benefits and challenges of change management. The case studies will serve as examples of how change management appears, and can be managed, in various organizational contexts.
