Products Liability
This course will introduce students to Products Liability as a theory of liability in tort for dangerous and defective products. Products Liability covers a range from strict liability to negligence based concepts, but it centers on manufacturer liability for products that cause injury to consumers. The course will meet weekly for two hours for the first six weeks of the semester, with a final exam to be administered in the seventh.
