Sports Law: Introduction to the Business of Professional Sports examines the business aspects of professional league sports, including competitive balance in sports, negotiation of player contracts and collective bargaining agreements, management of Salary Caps, stadium acquisition, team ownership, player acquisition through draft/trade/free agency, relationships with fans and generation of new revenue sources. Exam Info: No Exam. There will be final negotiation exercises administered during class.
