Trademark Law
Prerequisite: Intellectual Property (LAW 7048) This course examines the law of trademarks and related doctrines through the lens of a trademark law practitioner. The course includes discussion of brand selection, ownership, and enforcement. Class discussion also includes ample opportunities to explore how the case law relates to everyday trademark practice. This course is offered on an every other year basis. Exam Info: Take-home exam.
