Leadership Assessment & Development

This course explores key concepts in leadership development, leadership assessment, and executive coaching and provides students with both theoretical and practical insights into leadership effectiveness. Students will engage with scientifically validated leadership assessment tools and examine the global nuances of leadership assessment and coaching, highlighting cultural & contextual considerations and regional variations in leadership development and assessment. Additionally, students will explore the evolving role of AI in leadership assessment and coaching, critically assessing its opportunities, risks, and ethical implications. Students in this course will develop an applied understanding of leadership assessment methodologies that HR professionals use to support organizational development, talent management, and executive coaching initiatives.
