Leadership Simulation
Taken after completion of the skills component, this seminar features a reality-based learning project to develop strate- gic problem-solving skills through computer simulation, interactive video, and other data resources. Students develop a one- and three-year strategic plan for presenta- tion to a board of three practicing school superintendents.
